Job Description

Role: Customs and Air Freight Manager


Working with the Operations Manager, Senior Logistics Manager and wider Network Team, this role will involve overseeing our customs and airfreight processes, managing air-freight space, and ensuring continued high level of service while always driving down costs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customs Compliance: Set up and manage our ETSF, AEO and MOU to ensure seamless customs clearance and minimize delays.
  • Air Freight Management: Oversee the end-to-end air freight process, from booking to delivery, to ensure timely and cost-effective transportation of goods.
  • Logistics Coordination: Collaborate with the Operations Manager and Senior Logistics Manager to optimize logistics operations, improve efficiency, and reduce costs.
  • Service Delivery: Ensure a high level of service is maintained while driving down costs, through continuous process improvement and optimization.
