We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Culinary Team Member to join our team at Crafted Social. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef with food preparation, presentation, and service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Head Chef with food preparation, including food handling, cooking, and presentation.
  • Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and service.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Assist with stock management, including ordering, receiving, and storing ingredients.
  • Participate in menu planning and development, suggesting new ideas and dishes.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a kitchen environment, preferably in a fast-paced restaurant or pub setting.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic team environment.
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy objects, as well as stand for long periods.
