A prominent provider of specialized care services in the community is in search of a dedicated Senior Adult Nurse Manager to enhance their operations in South West London.

The ideal candidate will be tasked with creating individualized care strategies for adult patients, supervising a team of healthcare assistants, and collaborating with patients, their families, and the multidisciplinary team (MDT).


Qualifications for Senior Adult Nurse Manager:

  • Registered General Nurse (RGN) with a valid NMC PIN
  • Proven experience in managing tracheostomy and ventilator care
  • Strong communication abilities
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with healthcare assistants

Key Responsibilities of Senior Adult Nurse Manager:
