Key Responsibilities:- Monitor network performance and identify potential issues using management tools.
- Respond promptly to alarms, alerts, and incidents to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.
- Investigate and troubleshoot network-related incidents and outages.
- Execute routine maintenance tasks and implement changes in the network infrastructure.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in network operations, monitoring, or related roles.
- Strong knowledge of networking concepts and protocols.
- Experience with network monitoring tools.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
- Competitive salary of $65,000 per year.
- Headquarters and field offices located in Irvine, CA with travel required to local project/customer sites.
