About The Role

Our B2B division is experiencing significant growth, and as part of this evolution, we are reimagining our operational strategies to align with the evolving demands of our clientele. We are looking for a dedicated Business Transformation Specialist to join our Change and Transformation team and help shape and execute our internal transformation initiatives.

As a Business Transformation Specialist, you will engage with a variety of stakeholders, including senior leadership, departmental managers, and technical teams, to foster ongoing enhancement, gather requirements, establish project goals, and ensure effective project execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform thorough analyses, including Root Cause Analysis, of business operations, systems, and processes to pinpoint inefficiencies, gaps, and potential areas for enhancement.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to collect and document business requirements and objectives.
  • Convert business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and use cases, ensuring clarity and feasibility.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including process maps, workflow diagrams, and system configurations.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to design, develop, and implement solutions that address identified business needs.
  • Facilitate meetings and workshops to gather requirements, solicit feedback, and ensure stakeholder alignment.
  • Conduct impact assessments to evaluate proposed changes and minimize disruption to existing business processes.
  • Ensure that completed projects are transitioned smoothly, signed off, and integrated into business-as-usual operations.

About You

  • Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst or in a comparable role, with expertise in process mapping and root cause analysis.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with a foundational understanding of SQL, capable of collecting, organizing, analyzing, and disseminating substantial amounts of information with precision.
  • Proficient in employing business analysis tools, techniques, and methodologies.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively engage and collaborate with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • Proactively identifies opportunities for process optimization and innovation, driving continuous improvement across various functions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on solutions.
  • Able to manage multiple projects concurrently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with business analysis software, project management tools, and productivity applications.
  • Knowledge of industry-standard business analysis frameworks and Lean methodologies is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus.
