About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled Music Technology graduate to join our team as a Music Technology Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing technical enquiries from our international reseller/integration partners, delivering certified training on the latest audio technology, and assisting in the design of small boardroom solutions and mid-sized fixed installation projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage technical enquiries from international partners, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
  • Deliver certified training on various audio technology platforms, including DSP-based systems.
  • Collaborate with the design team to develop small boardroom solutions and mid-sized fixed installation projects.
  • Provide onsite support for larger projects, ensuring seamless execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Contribute to the development of our projects pipeline, identifying new opportunities and streamlining processes.
  • Support the wider team in their IT and audio needs, ensuring a seamless workflow.
Requirements
  • Graduate degree in a relevant Pro Audio/AVIT related field (minimum 2:1).
  • Demonstrable passion for modern audio and networking technology.
  • Ability to travel and work in isolation, with a strong drive to set and exceed targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a calm and considered approach.
