We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nursery Manager to join our team at JEM Childcare Solutions. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our busy nursery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of nursery staff to ensure high-quality care and education for children.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to promote the well-being and development of children.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless day-to-day operations and achieve business objectives.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of nursery programs and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, including the EYFS framework and Ofsted requirements.
Requirements:
  • Minimum Level 3 Qualification or equivalent in Early Years/Childcare.
  • At least 3 years' experience of working in a Day Nursery.
  • At least 2 years' experience of leading and supporting teams.
  • Ability to inspire, energize, and support others.
  • Genuine passion and excitement to work with children and helping others learn.
  • Sound knowledge of the latest EYFS framework and regulations.
  • Firm knowledge of Ofsted standards and requirements.
