Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Accountant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial reporting, as well as providing financial guidance and support to our business units.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Reporting
    • Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
    • Ensure timely and accurate submission of financial reports to stakeholders.
  • Financial Analysis
    • Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decision-making.
    • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts.
  • Financial Planning and Budgeting
    • Develop and manage financial plans and budgets for business units.
    • Monitor and analyze financial performance against budget.
  • Internal Controls
    • Design and implement effective internal controls to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting.
    • Monitor and review internal controls to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Compliance
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and laws.
    • Develop and maintain policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
Requirements
  • Qualifications
    • ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualification.
    • Relevant PQE and solid education credentials.
  • Experience
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in financial accounting and reporting.
    • Experience in a similar role in a large international organization.
  • Skills
    • Strong technical accounting skills, including US GAAP and Sarbanes-Oxley experience.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
