About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Catering Assistant to join our team at RA Venues. As a Catering Assistant, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to the success of our food and beverage operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Food Preparation and Presentation
    • Prepare and present high-quality food that meets our customers' expectations
    • Create visually appealing food displays and presentations
  • Customer Service
    • Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive dining experience for our clients and customers
    • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Teamwork and Communication
    • Work collaboratively with our team to achieve our goals and objectives
    • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Cash Handling and Operations
    • Handle cash and operate the cash register accurately and efficiently
    • Comply with food handling and hygiene standards, as well as health and safety regulations
