As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents, promoting their independence, choice, and individuality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and mentor care assistants to ensure high-quality care delivery
- Administer medication and maintain accurate records
- Conduct risk assessments and develop care plans to meet individual resident needs

Requirements:
- NVQ level 3 (or equivalent qualification) in care or a related field
