We are seeking an experienced Assistant/Administrator to join our team at Aldrich & Co, specializing in financial services. If you have a strong background in administration and a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences, we'd love to hear from you.

About the Role:

  1. Manage end-to-end administration processes for investments, mortgages, pensions, and other financial products.
  2. Process and reconcile documentation, liaise with product providers, and maintain accurate records.
  3. Update client portal CRM and reconcile data to ensure seamless client interactions.
  4. Prepare annual reports for clients and maintain accurate financial records.
  5. Onboard new clients, update existing files, and provide exceptional customer service.
  6. Correspond with clients to ensure timely and effective communication.

Requirements:

  1. Several years of administrative experience in financial services.
  2. Strong MS Office and CRM skills, with a focus on process efficiency and accuracy.
  3. A solid understanding of financial services and a commitment to ongoing learning and development.
  4. A hard-working attitude, with a focus on delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced environment.
