Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join our team at a Nursing Home in Brighton. As a key member of our clinical leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to residents, ensuring compliance with care standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support the nursing team in delivering high-quality care to residents
- Collaborate with the Home Manager and care team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for residents
- Supervise and mentor nursing staff, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment to enhance team performance
- Provide direct nursing care as needed, ensuring the physical, emotional, and social needs of residents are met effectively
- Maintain clear and effective communication with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals to promote holistic care
- Identify training needs within the team and facilitate opportunities for continuous professional development
Requirements:
- Registered General Nurse (RGN) with a valid NMC registration
- 2 years of experience in nursing
- Flexibility to cover additional shifts as needed, including nights
