Job Title: Piping and Mechanical Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Piping and Mechanical Engineer to join our team at g2 Recruitment.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will provide technical and design authority for piping and mechanical engineering projects across multiple client sites, ensuring compliance with engineering legislation and delivering high-quality work on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as technical and design authority for piping and mechanical engineering projects
  • Review piping and mechanical designs for compliance with engineering standards
  • Ensure design reviews are conducted throughout all projects
  • Ensure high-quality deliverables meet specifications, time lines, and budgets
  • Provide guidance to designers, contractors, and vendors to resolve technical issues
  • Travel to client sites as needed to support project and engineering needs
Requirements:
  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
  • Experience in the Chemical and Oil & Gas sectors is preferred
  • Strong IT skills (MS Office) and any 3D modelling skills are desirable
