About the Role:

Sportradar is seeking an experienced Enterprise Architecture Director to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing and delivering the Enterprise Architecture for Sportradar.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver the API/Platform strategy
  • Partner closely with the business to design the architecture for large programs of work
  • Define the standards and governance that will shape the future of the organization
  • Drive technical cohesion and standards across our global engineering teams
  • Provide technical governance across the business
  • Lead and inspire the Architecture community

Requirements:

  • Strong Architectural experience with a variety of modern technologies and platforms
  • Extensive experience working on programs that span multiple business units
  • Track record of coaching and mentoring technical teams
  • Experience with modern methods such as DevOps, Domain Driven Design, Agile Product Delivery, Cloud (AWS preferred)
  • Strong communication and influencing skills
  • Strategic thinking and ability to keep the long-term goals in sight whilst delivering today's needs
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a clear focus on delivery and what pushes the organization forward
  • Pragmatic approach, ability to balance an idealized solution with real-world constraints
