About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Services Senior Manager / Director to join our team at BTA, a successful and growing firm of chartered accountants based in Taunton. As a key addition to our team, you will take on full portfolio management responsibility and deliver wide-ranging services, developing teams and leading on the future growth of our business services department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the delivery of accounts/tax and wider business services to clients across various industries.
  • Develop client relationships and deliver on wide-ranging business advisory and planning work.
  • Lead, manage, support, and develop the wider team.
  • Work closely with the leadership team on the growth of the department and play a lead role in business development.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will be ACA/ACCA/CTA qualified or equivalent, with a career background developed within UK accountancy practice. You will have skills across a mix of audit, accounts, tax, and general accountancy practice service delivery.
