Job Title: AV Project Manager

Join SER Limited, a specialist integrator of AV, IT, and networks within the marine and residential sector, as we seek an experienced AV Project Manager to lead our superyacht installation projects.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and organized individual to manage installation projects of IT, networks, AV, and security systems within high-end superyachts throughout Europe. The successful candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time and budget, while maintaining excellent client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead on-site client meetings to discuss project progress
  • Logistics and resource management, including organization of engineers and planning of travel and equipment logistics
  • Manage client expectations throughout the project
  • Maintain and update project documentation
  • Manage multiple projects at varying stages
  • Manage project budget and allocate resources as needed
  • Maintain communication with Lead Engineers to track project progress
Requirements
  • 2+ years' experience in Project Management within the marine or residential AV sector
  • Strong client management skills
  • A background in AV engineering
  • Valid Passport
  • Full UK Driving License
  • A willingness to travel and work away from home at short notice and on a regular basis
Package Details

We offer a competitive salary ranging between £40K-£50K depending on experience, 1.5X overtime rates, 23 days annual leave plus bank holidays, £4800 car allowance, statutory pension, mobile phone, and laptop.
