  • Manage a team of technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality workmanship.

  • Monitor and control workshop costs, ensuring compliance with company budgets.

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair.
  • MOT Tester certification.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
