About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Architect to join our team at BJSS. As a key member of our data team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing cutting-edge data solutions that drive business value for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of data architectures that meet the needs of our clients
  • Design and implement data platforms, including data warehousing and analytics solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data solutions meet business requirements
  • Mentor and guide junior team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our data solutions remain innovative and effective

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in data architecture and design
  • Strong technical skills, including data modeling, data warehousing, and analytics
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to lead and mentor junior team members
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of industry trends
