Mortgage Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mortgage Advisor to join our team at Tall Grass Recruitment. As a Mortgage Advisor, you will play a crucial role in providing expert mortgage advice to clients, ensuring they receive tailored guidance to meet their needs and priorities.
Key Responsibilities- Client Interviews: Conduct thorough interviews with clients to understand their needs, analyze their requirements, and research suitable mortgage options.
- Written Recommendations: Produce clear and detailed written recommendations and evidence of activities as required by regulatory bodies.
- Professional Development: Work towards achieving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) set by management, ensuring targets and performance metrics are met.
- Certification: Hold a Full CeMAP qualification or equivalent CII Level 3 Certificate in Mortgage Advice.
- Experience: Possess at least two years of recent industry experience as a mortgage adviser.
