Job Title: Chef de Partie

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Chef de Partie to join our team at The Woodspeen, a vibrant new establishment in the heart of the West Berkshire countryside.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working as a Chef de Partie in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen. Key responsibilities will include food preparation, stock rotation, and food labelling, as well as general cleaning duties and ensuring high levels of Food and Health & Safety are maintained at all times.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to a high standard
  • Contribute to the development and planning of new products, menus, and promotions to enhance customer experience
  • Carry out the smooth and efficient running of your section as appropriate
  • Ensure high levels of Food and Health & Safety are maintained at all times
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie
  • Proficiency in diverse cooking techniques and cuisines
  • Leaving Cert level education or above
  • NVQ qualification or equivalent
  • Ability to display a real passion for food and customer service
  • Flair and innovative with menus and food presentation
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
