Key Responsibilities:

  • Expertise in Topology Management, including installation and troubleshooting.
  • Strong understanding of networking, operating system stacks, and multipath configurations.
  • Experience with Linux, VMware, vSAN, Windows Server OS, and various storage protocols such as CIFS, iSCSI, and NFS.
  • Ability to document processes and write procedural guides effectively.
  • Proficiency in Python and other scripting tools.
  • Collaboration with clients, partners, and support teams to resolve issues.
  • Demonstrated experience in diagnosing storage challenges and optimizing performance.
  • Fluency in Spanish is required.
  • Familiarity with Enterprise Storage, Virtualization, Hybrid Cloud Technologies, All-Flash Storage, Software-defined and Object Storage, and Data Protection technologies.
  • Willingness to participate in 24/7 shift work and on-call rotations.
