- Strong understanding of the education sector and alternative provisions.
- Excellent leadership and line management skills, with experience in managing budgets and delivering services.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong desire to support young people and those with long-term health conditions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Good understanding of Microsoft Office and organisational skills, with the ability to work alone at times and handle confidential information.
- Enhanced Disclosure Barring Service (DBS) check required.
- Full-time position with predominantly office and field-based work, with some home working flexibility.
