What We Seek in an Assistant Kitchen Manager:

We are in search of a current Assistant Kitchen Manager or a Senior Chef de Partie ready to take the next step, who views themselves as a natural leader with a passion for creating high-quality, fresh cuisine in a welcoming atmosphere. As the successful candidate, you will:

  • Have a proven track record of delivering excellent service through outstanding food
  • Exhibit a strong passion for mentoring and developing a team
  • Be an active, hands-on chef with exceptional communication abilities
  • Manage kitchen staff schedules, training, and health and safety protocols effectively
  • Collaborate with your Head Chef to showcase your creativity by designing and executing new dishes for our menus and daily specials
  • Demonstrate strong planning and organizational skills to maintain effective controls over both food cost and labor
  • Take a proactive approach to driving sales and fostering growth through collaboration with both kitchen and front-of-house teams
