Technical Drafter

**Job Summary**

A well-established, growing company, Prime Appointments Recruitment Agency, is seeking a skilled CAD Design Specialist to join their team. The successful candidate will work closely with the Project Managers to produce proposal and manufacturing drawings, utilizing their expertise in AutoCAD and knowledge of joinery/woodwork.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Project Management team with new and existing projects, product development, and draughting.
• Interpret architectural drawings to develop proposal and manufacturing drawings.
• Create and maintain project management documentation.
• Offer backup to the Projects department.
• Occasional site visits.

Requirements:

• A working knowledge of joinery is essential.
• Previous hands-on joinery experience would be ideal.
• Able to use AutoCAD 2D & 3D.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Must have a keen eye for detail.
• Able to prioritize with good time management skills.
• Able to work on multiple projects at any one time.
• A clean driving license is preferable.
