About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Asbestos Surveyor Analyst to join our team at Penguin Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting asbestos surveys, sample collection, and training and development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct management, refurbishment, and demolition surveys to identify asbestos-containing materials.
  • Collect and document bulk samples using tablets, ensuring accurate and timely completion of work.
  • Participate in company training programs and uphold our Code of Conduct, promoting a culture of excellence and quality.
  • Ensure efficient delivery of work, adhering to company procedures and regulations, and maintaining high standards of quality control.
  • Collaborate with team members, promptly complete reports, and review recommendations to drive business growth and success.
  • Conduct asbestos air testing and supervise removal projects, coordinating with clients and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
Requirements
  • BOHS P402: Asbestos Surveyors qualification (or equivalent).
  • BOHS P403, P404: Asbestos Analysts qualifications (or equivalent).
  • Prior experience in the asbestos industry is essential, with a strong understanding of industry regulations and best practices.
