LTF Recruitment Ltd is partnering with a reputable Primary School in Ealing to find a dedicated Classroom Assistant to support in their Reception Class. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. The role involves assisting the teacher in delivering work with the children, supporting children with their classwork and reading and writing skills, and planning and leading targeted interventions to support pupils in development areas. The successful candidate will also undertake observations of pupils and contribute to pupil records, and support the class teacher with the general management and supervision of the classroom. This is a long-term to permanent role, with the opportunity to progress into a permanent position.
