Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement robust production and material planning strategies to meet customer demands and optimize inventory levels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, ensuring maximum efficiency and productivity.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of production schedules, inventory levels, and material requirements.
  • Work closely with the purchasing team to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of materials and supplies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure reliable and high-quality deliveries.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with quality, health, safety, and environmental standards, including ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in production planning or a related field.
  • Proven track record of implementing process improvements and achieving significant cost savings.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in SAP and Excel, with experience in demand planning and inventory management.
