Job Title: Recycling Operative

We are currently recruiting for a Recycling Operative to join our client's team in Leicester. The successful candidate will work a 4 on 2 off rota pattern, including weekends, and will be paid £11.44 per hour.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Heavy lifting and moving of materials
  • Sorting and processing of recyclable materials, including cardboard, glass, and plastic
  • Operating a tug and trailers
  • Reactive cleaning and maintenance of the working area
  • Working independently or as part of a team
Requirements:
  • A valid UK driving license
  • Ability to lift heavy loads
  • Willingness to learn and develop new skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to work accurately
