**Key Responsibilities:**

* Develop and optimize transport plans to ensure efficient delivery of goods
* Coordinate with drivers and suppliers to ensure on-time delivery
* Monitor transport operations and provide solutions to any issues that arise
* Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and company policies
* Analyze data to improve transport efficiency and reduce costs

**Requirements:**

* Excellent organization and coordination skills
* Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and organizational abilities
* Proficiency in transport planning software and Microsoft Office

**Working Hours:**

* 35 hours average per working week
* Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday
* Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday
* Hours: 8am-6pm (some flexibility required - occasional 7am-5pm shifts may be required)
