Jenson Fisher Consulting Ltd is seeking a seasoned Credit Controller to join their finance team on a permanent, full-time basis. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing the company's cash flow, ensuring timely payments, and maintaining accurate financial records.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work independently with a high level of autonomy. You will be responsible for:
- Posting and allocating cash transactions
- Managing the accounts receivable ledger, identifying customers with overdue debt, and escalating issues as necessary
- Coordinating payment plans with customers
- Processing card payments
- Setting up new customers on the company's financial system
- Liaising with the customer service team to ensure accurate and efficient processing of payments
- Preparing data for solicitors as required for collection
- Performing other ad-hoc tasks as identified by the team
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a strong attention to detail, excellent time management skills, and the ability to remain calm under pressure. If you are a motivated and experienced Credit Controller looking for a new challenge, this could be the ideal opportunity for you.
