Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Block Property Manager to join our team at JLD Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of residential blocks and estates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and residents
  • Manage budgets and ensure full compliance with current legislation and health and safety regulations
  • Oversee the management of contractors and works in communal areas
  • Attend periodic AGMs and ensure smooth communication with clients and residents
  • Travel regularly for client and resident meetings

Requirements:

  • ATPI qualification or equivalent
  • Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a similar property management role
  • Full driving license and flexibility to work varied hours
  • MIRPM qualification and over 5 years' experience in block management (desirable)
