About the Role

We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Executive to join our team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. As a key member of our E-commerce team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our online retail platform, ensuring seamless execution of promotional campaigns, and driving business growth through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage external account relationships with suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of assets and effective communication of promotional periods.
  • Internal account management, including daily status updates to the Supplier Content Design Team Lead and relevant business partners.
  • Workload management, setting up and managing processes for each promo period, anticipating workload/resource requirements, and planning accordingly.
  • Quality control, ensuring all suppliers have up-to-date application guides, templates, and banners, and providing feedback to suppliers as needed.
  • Design, creating internal banners, understanding brand guidelines, and optimizing media within set guidelines.
  • Stream management, delivering day-to-day output, reporting on effectiveness, and promoting process improvements.
  • Strategy, thinking within workstream, collaborating with team members, and actively seeking opportunities for improvement.
Requirements
  • Good attention to detail, commercial awareness, and ability to multitask and prioritize workloads in fast-paced environments.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills, Adobe CC - Photoshop, and MS Excel.
  • Desirable skills include CMS expertise, HTML, project management or account management experience, and Tableau.
