Senior Photographer

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Photographer to join our team as we embark on a journey to elevate and transform our department. As a key member of our creative team, you will work closely with our Creative Lead to oversee our imagery standard and quality, manage projects from concept to asset delivery, and make commercial decisions to benefit the studio and wider business.

• Oversee and maintain our imagery standard and quality across all brands and fascias.
• Manage projects from concept to asset delivery, ensuring timely and high-quality results.
• Make informed commercial decisions to benefit the studio and wider business.
• Stay up-to-date with creative seasonal updates and direction within our brands.
• Keep accurate shoot records and manage asset files within the team.
• Sign off holidays via business tools and manage team rotas to ensure adequate staffing levels.
• Develop and implement training and development plans for new starters.
• Conduct quality control of all shot imagery across all fascias.
• Champion innovative techniques to stay at the cutting edge of photography.
• Maintain the inventory of photography equipment and brief management on all processes, projects, and issues.

• An outstanding knowledge of photography and lighting techniques.
• Ability to lead a small team to maximize quality and quantity produced.
• Advanced level of knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
• Good knowledge of digital workflow from camera to post-production.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with team members from entry level to management.
