Job Summary:
Collections Specialist sought by CCR Recruitment Group to join a fast-growing specialist in their field. This is a key customer-facing role predominantly telephony based, assisting clients and their customers in finding solutions to manage outstanding bills and arrears.
Daily Duties:
- Assist clients and their customers in resolving outstanding debts through telephony-based interactions.
- Collaborate with field agents to set up and agree payment plans, and process payments from customers.
- Operate in a contact centre environment, handling both inbound and outbound calls.
- Respond to incoming calls from clients' customers to discuss and arrange suitable resolutions based on their personal circumstances and clients' criteria.
- Support clients' customers with general queries and provide assistance with payment plans and other related matters.
- Make outbound calls to clients' customers to establish contact and resolve outstanding debts.
- Update relevant CRM systems with information from calls, including updates, resolutions, and other relevant data.
- Liaise directly with clients to establish correct resolutions for their customers.
- Adhere to company-agreed quality framework for managing calls.
- Drive personal performance to achieve required standards.
Requirements:

- Proficiency in CRM systems and ability to learn new software.
