Position Overview
The Compensation and Benefits Specialist will play a crucial role in managing the payroll processes for our organization. This position involves close collaboration with our payroll service provider, business units, and the Human Resources Department to ensure accurate payroll processing in accordance with established policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurate calculation of employee wages and salaries, ensuring compliance with various payroll regulations.
- Management of payroll schedules and internal deadlines.
- Resolution of employee payroll inquiries and concerns.
- Maintenance of payroll documentation and records.
- Administration of salary sacrifice programs.
- Oversight of float and salary advance processes.
- Management of P11D/PSA submissions.
- Administration of pension scheme enrollments.
- Creation and maintenance of journal entries.
- Reconciliation of payroll accounts.
- Management of employee recharge processes.
- Distribution of balance statements for Guaranteed Earnings to employees and relevant stakeholders.
Candidate Profile:
While an AAT qualification is preferred, it is not mandatory. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in managing payroll for approximately 500 employees, including various compensation structures.
