Occupational Therapy Specialist Practitioner

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Occupational Therapist to join our established Community Falls Prevention Service. As a specialist clinician, you will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care to patients at risk of falls.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance Occupational Therapy clinical and professional skills within the Falls Service.
- Apply the Occupational Therapy process within a Multi-Disciplinary format to provide specialist assessment and treatment in clinical care pathways.
- Take a lead in developing the Falls Service, promoting high-quality clinical practice and ensuring professional standards are maintained.
- Deliver a specialist Occupational Therapy Service to patients in various settings, requiring flexibility and adaptability to maximise their abilities and opportunities for occupational wellbeing.
