About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Advisor to join our team on a short-term contract basis. As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for securing sales across new developments, managing sales to completion, and providing exceptional customer service to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in new homes sales, with a strong track record of securing sales and meeting targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to review and analyze sales data.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
  • Proficient in CRM systems and other sales software.
