About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Advisor to join our team on a short-term contract basis. As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for securing sales across new developments, managing sales to completion, and providing exceptional customer service to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Effectively secure sales across new developments, working closely with developers and clients to meet sales targets.
- Manage sales to completion, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Regularly review and update sales data, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and improve overall sales performance.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and other stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity, providing insights and recommendations to the sales team.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in new homes sales, with a strong track record of securing sales and meeting targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to review and analyze sales data.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
- Proficient in CRM systems and other sales software.
