Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the existing Sales Team to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealerships, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless sales processes and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Strong organizational and administrative abilities, with a focus on efficiency and productivity.
- Able to work well under pressure and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in sales, transaction, or business management is essential.
