We are seeking a skilled and experienced Complex Community Nurse to join our team at Complete Care Amegreen. As a key member of our community care team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, bespoke care services to individuals with varying conditions, including spinal injuries, neurological injuries, acquired brain injuries, trauma, epilepsy, learning disabilities, and genetic disorders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and review individual care packages to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients.
- Provide practical training to care workers and clinical supervision to ensure the highest standards of care.
- Work collaboratively with our healthcare workers at the point of care, including home, school, community, and day centers.
- Interact with ICBs, Case Management, Social Services, private and NHS hospitals, nursing homes, and learning disability establishments to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in our paid phone support On Call Rota on a rotational basis.
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse with experience in ICU/HDU or complex care.
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic, caring, empathetic, and compassionate individual with excellent communication skills.

- A driving licence is required.
- A Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm schedule with no weekend or bank holiday working.
