As a Charlotte Tilbury Business Leader, your responsibilities will include:- Providing weekly and monthly productivity reports to the Field Sales Manager.
- Driving sales achievements by motivating the team to meet daily and monthly performance targets.
- Leading a top-performing team through daily briefings, performance meetings, and overall management.
- Managing monthly scheduling, payroll budgeting, and forecasting in response to market conditions.
- Collaborating with host store partners and senior stakeholders to ensure brand compliance with policies and procedures.
- Monitoring inventory levels by managing sales, audits, and counts, and analyzing data to offer proactive insights to the Field Sales Manager.
- Planning for people; ongoing talent management and succession planning for the team.
