Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Site Manager to support the Project Manager and Site Manager in the day-to-day control of our site in Burgess Hill, West Sussex.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and delivering project works, ensuring the smooth operation of the site, and contributing to the success of our housing projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Project Manager and Site Manager in the day-to-day control of the site
  • Manage and deliver project works, including site operations and logistics
  • Ensure the smooth operation of the site, including health and safety, quality, and environmental management
  • Contribute to the success of our housing projects, working closely with the project team and stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction industry
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities, with a focus on delivering results
  • Knowledge of construction processes, including site operations, logistics, and health and safety
