Job Opportunity: Qualified Social Worker
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Social Worker to join our Children in Care Team in North Yorkshire. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality social work services to children and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments and develop effective care plans to meet the needs of children and their families.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with children, families, and other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes.
- Work collaboratively with other agencies to provide a comprehensive service to children and their families.
- Stay up-to-date with relevant legislation, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance and best practice.
Requirements:
- Qualified Social Worker with a degree in Social Work or a related field.
- Experience working with children and families in a social work setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
