The Asset Management Service is responsible for the strategic oversight of the council's properties, educational institutions, and transportation assets, ensuring alignment with our Corporate Strategy and effective service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
The Grounds and Cleaning Team operates within the Property Service of Lancashire County Council, focusing on supporting various educational institutions and organizations that utilize our services. This team is tasked with:
- Managing grounds maintenance and cleaning requirements for clients.
- Conducting playground inspections.
- Assisting in the procurement of contracts on behalf of clients.
- Providing support for grounds-related issues across various corporate facilities, including libraries and care homes.
We take pride in delivering exceptional and cost-effective services to our clients. We are seeking a motivated and proactive Area Support Officer to enhance our service delivery.
