We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to join our Income Generation Directorate at Helen & Douglas House. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will play a strategic role in the development of fundraising, reporting to the Head of Fundraising.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the development and delivery of major donor fundraising, including the management and delivery of the Trusts Fundraising programme.
- Develop and grow both income streams, with a focus on major gifts, to achieve circa £800k income this financial year.
- Work closely with the Exec Team and service teams to develop key propositions for funding, aligning with the charity's strategy.
- Maximise donor recruitment, retention, and lifetime value, driving organisational growth and impact.
