About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Health Club Team Member to join our team at Delta by Marriott Cheltenham Chase. As a key member of our leisure team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service and ensuring that our health club facilities meet the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and greet guests, making them feel valued and at ease
  • Support with membership sales and enquiries, providing expert advice and guidance
  • Carry out daily checks and conduct gym inductions for new members, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience
  • Conduct regular gym re-assessments as part of our health club retention strategy

Requirements:

  • Personal Trainer/Fitness Instructor level 2 qualification (or equivalent)
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and multi-task
  • Strong attention to detail
