As a Business Partner to the plant manager and team, you will be responsible for pulling together plant financials, analyzing and bridging between details at the entity level and up-leveling results for global management.

Requirements:
  • Master's degree in finance, accounting, or economics (CIMA or ACCA preferred)
  • 7-10 years of finance experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong knowledge of standard costing, variance analysis, cost accounting, and cost analysis
  • Proficient in financial analysis and forecasting modeling
  • Prior finance experience in general accounting principles and process
  • Understanding of manufacturing, procurement, and supply chain matters
  • Proficient in Excel and SAP/BI tools
