Specialist Nurse

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, utilizing their clinical expertise to inform decision-making and provide specialist advice to the multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide specialist advice to healthcare professionals, other agencies, carers, clients, and relatives.
- Support the development of the service to improve practice and work collaboratively across healthcare boundaries.
- Implement and evaluate evidence-based standards, guidelines, and policies.
Requirements:
- Membership of the PVG Scheme is required for this post.
- The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of clinical practice and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

We are reducing our full-time working week from 37.5 to 37 hours per week from 1 April 2024, with no change in pay. This reduction will also be applied pro rata for part-time staff. You may be required to work up to an additional 30 minutes per week for a temporary period for which you would be paid until the service you are working in changes rosters or working patterns to accommodate the new reduced working week.
