Reports To: Restaurant General Manager

The successful candidate will report directly to the Restaurant General Manager and be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and adhering to all safety and security standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to all safety and security standards
  • Follow all standards for food preparation and presentation
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

  • GCSEs or equivalent in core subjects grades A-D
  • Previous experience in the food retail or service industry is preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Physical ability to lift up to 10 Kgs. and stand for long periods
