Job Title: Flexible Mechanical Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Mechanical Engineer to join our team at Corrigenda Group Limited. As a Mechanical Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across our commercial property estate in Basingstoke and surrounding regions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out planned and reactive maintenance tasks as directed by the Contract Manager, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and adherence to contract performance standards.
  • Work collaboratively with site staff to gain access to sites and rooms, and liaise with sub-contractors to complete necessary repairs.
  • Operate SMART devices and complete electronic documentation, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
  • Work safely at all times, including working at height as required, and adhere to Health and Safety protocols.
Requirements:
  • A suitable City and Guilds or equivalent NVQ qualification in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Recognised Health and Safety training and a full UK driving licence.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to operate SMART devices and complete electronic documentation.
  • Pass DBS / Police background checks for working in schools / Police stations.
