Ossett, Wakefield, United Kingdom Sunbelt Rentals Careers Full time

About The Position

We are excited to announce an opening for a Cabin Assembly Technician to become part of our dedicated team. Our vision is to lead the future of rental solutions, and our mission is to provide an unparalleled customer experience. As a Cabin Assembly Technician, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding service and upholding our values, establishing a benchmark for excellence in the industry.

In this position, you will be integrated into our Accommodation specialist team, which focuses on the rental of temporary building solutions tailored to various needs – including anti-vandal 'green specification' accommodations, sleeper units, portable sanitation facilities, containers, and all essential requirements for construction sites and events.

On a daily basis, as a Cabin Assembly Technician, your responsibilities will include maintaining, repairing, and preparing a variety of portable accommodation units for rental. Collaborating with a skilled team under the guidance of an experienced supervisor, you will ensure that units are prepared to the highest standards for our diverse clientele. Depending on your specific role within the team, your work may be primarily based at our depot or involve a combination of depot and on-site tasks. As a collaborative team member, you will take pride in your workspace and ensure that high standards are upheld while adhering to company protocols and procedures.

What We Offer

By joining us, you will become part of a highly successful FTSE100 company, recognized as the UK's largest equipment rental provider. We offer an industry-leading flexible rewards package, which includes a generous holiday allowance (with options to buy and sell annual leave), life insurance, a retail discount program, employee recognition initiatives, and a comprehensive company pension scheme.

About You

If you choose to join our team, we will equip you with everything necessary for your success. We will discuss your training and personal development needs, as well as your career aspirations and how we can support your future goals.

To thrive as a Cabin Assembly Technician, you should possess the following skills and attributes:
